Overall we are pleased with a nice home that was clearly designed
for this lot and view. We have enjoyed the layout and the features.
Marvin had to help nudge the lender forward and we appreciated the
help. We had been married only two and half months when we purchased
the home, and we feel fortunate to have found such a nice location
with an obviously quality builder. We appreciate CD Homes working

I wanted to let u know we?re coming up on a year that we
(Jackie/myself) purchased a home u built in Hidden Lakes, Keller.
Being in the real estate business as a residential agent, my buyer
community is mostly new construction, so I'm very savvy of this. We
looked at many homes prior to choosing yours and have been nothing
short of ecstatic since we moved in. We're on a street of very
