Many homebuyers have no problem finding the perfect home, especially
if you are looking at a Custom Design Home. However, once you find
the perfect home, you are suddenly faced with new challenges:
- What do I do with my
existing home?
- How long will it take
to sell?
- How much will I be
able to sell it for?
- Will I be able to sell
it in time to buy my new home?
- How am I going to find
the time/money to get it ready to sell?
If you are interested
in purchasing one of our Custom Design Homes and want a guaranteed
sale of your existing home, you may be interested in our Buyer
Trade-in Program.
Benefits of the Trade-in Program include:
You know exactly when your home will sell since we will close
on your old home the same day you close on your new Custom Design
Home.
You know how much it will sell for. We will pay you market
value for your home. This means you will make about the same amount
of money on your old home as if you listed and sold it with a
realtor. Plus, there are no real estate commissions or closing
costs.
You do not need to do any repairs to your old home. We take
your home in “as is” condition. All we ask is that you clean out all
of your belongings and leave the home in broom clean condition.
You will have up to 7 days to move. Typically, once you sell
a home, you have 36 hours to vacate. We give you 7 days in order to
allow you to transition into your new Custom Design Home without the
headache of being in a rush because the new owners need to move in
right away.
You do not have to keep your old home looking perfect for however
long it takes to sell. Realtors teach classes on how to show a
home for sale. No clutter, no pictures on the wall, and no one home
when the potential buyer comes to see the home. This means that for
the 90 to 120 days it typically takes to sell your home, it’s not
really your home. With the trade-in program, you don’t have to keep
your home looking like a model home, having to leave on a moment’s
notice while strangers are looking at your home. With the trade-in
program, you can stay at home until you are ready to move to your
new Custom Design Home.
